Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility:

1.1 To enroll in our LTC courses, participants must meet all legal eligibility requirements for firearm ownership in the State of Texas.

1.2 The minimum age for enrollment is 18 years unless accompanied by a legal guardian or with explicit parental consent.

2. Course Fees and Payments:

2.1 All course fees are to be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

2.2 Payments are accepted through approved methods, and a receipt will be issued upon successful transaction.

3. Attendance and Punctuality:

3.1 Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled classes. Late arrivals may be denied entry.

3.2 Absences must be communicated in advance, and makeup sessions may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1 Participants must adhere to a high standard of conduct, respecting fellow participants, instructors, and all safety protocols.

4.2 Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.

5. Safety Regulations:

5.1 All participants must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and regulations outlined during the course.

5.2 The use of firearms outside designated training areas and times is strictly prohibited.

6. Certificates:

6.1 Participants who successfully complete the course requirements will receive a certificate of completion.

6.2 Graduation from the gun safety course does not guarantee the issuance of a firearm license or permit.

7. Liability and Waiver:

7.1 Participants acknowledge that the handling of firearms carries inherent risks and agree to hold the gun safety school, its instructors, and staff harmless from any liability arising from participation in the course.

7.2 Participants are required to sign a waiver releasing the gun safety school from any liability related to personal injury or property damage.

8. Rescheduling and Refund Policy:

8.1 Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

8.2 Refund requests made within 72 hours of enrollment may be considered, minus an administrative fee.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

9.1 These terms and conditions may be amended at the discretion of the gun safety school. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.

By enrolling in our gun training and safety courses, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
