Once you have completed the course:

Go to following website: https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/ltc/ and apply for your license to carrry 

$40 fee to the State of Texas to process your license. 

$10 Cost of Fingerprinting Services. You can find a fingerprinting location near you and make an online appointment by going to https://www.identogo.com/locations. Your DPS application MUST BE COMPLETE prior to making your fingerprint appointment. 119Q91 (Fingerprint code) 

Once your fingerprints are done, and you application is APPROVED your license will come in the mail in approximately 4-6 weeks
